Payment Options
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check or Money Order as payment for your order. The simplest way to pay is via credit card on our secure online order form. If you are paying with check or money order, we will wait until it clears to ship your order.
Shipping
Our goal is to ship all orders ASAP. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for any orders.
Most in stock orders ship UPS or FedEx Ground within 1 to 2 business days all other orders will ship within 7 business days. If for any reason your order cannot ship within that time we will notify you.
The shipping charges on our website are estimates only. Should there be a substantial difference we will notify you.
Slatwall, Showcases and other oversized items will ship by common truck carrier, (this is end of truck delivery, you will require someone to unload and receive it. please contact our sales staff for other arrangements) For orders shipping by truck contact our sales staff for a quote.
All Slatwall orders less then 40 boards will be charged $35 crating fee.
Orders may not always ship from NY, different points of origin may result in multiple shipping charges. We reserve the right to ship orders using carriers other then UPS/FedEx. All shipping charges are at the full expense of the customer.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or it does not meet you are your expectations we will gladly exchange it or offer you a refund*.
Return Policy*
Infinity Store Fixtures Inc. offers a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. If the item is defective, we will exchange it or give you a full refund. However if the item does not meet your expectations, we will gladly take it back for a 20% restocking fee. Items can only be returned in ?UNOPENED ORIGINAL CARTONS? with RA #.
All items/ boxes must have an RA# in order for us to except the return. Kindly contact our customer service department via phone or e-mail to obtain an RA #.
Showcases, Slatwall, Gondolas and Custom orders require a 30% non refundable deposit at time of order, these items cannot be returned.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to the invoice total for all New York orders.
Prices subject to change without notice. Shipping charges are not included in the prices shown. While we make every effort to keep our website and prices up to date, do to volatile market conditions items with small increases (up to 10%) will be billed at new prices. |
